We begin by thoroughly assessing the space(s) and evaluating your main concerns. This can be done a few ways. You can send in photos/ video via email or text at your earliest convince. We can also schedule a free virtual walk through and consultation of your space via video chat. Finally, we can schedule an in-person consultation.
Once the assessment is complete, we will compile a detailed estimate of cost, time, and materials that it will take to complete the project. We will always try to use the storage you already have but it may be necessary to incorporate more storage or to select a storage system that will work better for you. You will also receive an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the agreed upon estimate. This will then allow us to schedule a time for the project to be completed and make any necessary purchases beforehand.
Now it's time to get your space organized. How much you wish to be involved in this process is completely up to you. During this process your items will be categorized and prioritized based on your described goals for the space. We will also determine which items need to be discarded, donated, or moved to another space. You will have the opportunity to evaluate these items and make the final decision on them. We will provide one free carload of donation drop off per session. Important to also note that we will provide light cleaning/ dusting of surfaces but do not provide deep cleanings. The remaining 50% will be due at the completion of the project.
Finally, you will have some time to enjoy and use your newly organized space. We will reach out to ensure that your new system is working for you and if there needs to be any additional tweaks made. We also offer the option to schedule a Refresh Session if you anticipate that you will have a need for one in the future. Any additional question or concerns can always be addressed.
